Orders placed with Essexee Legs will be despatched by Royal Mail Post and DHL (Deutsche Post).

Orders received before 15.30 hrs/3.30pm (Monday-Friday) will be despatched same day, depending on volume of orders and stock availability.

An email confirmation will be sent confirming your order, with your order reference number. An email confirmation will be sent when your order has been despatched.

Non-arrival of orders.

Q: My item has not arrived, I think it may have got lost!

A: UK orders: Items are classed by Royal Mail as 'lost in post' after 15 working days (i.e. 3 weeks).

Overseas orders: Items are classed by DHL (Deutsche Post) as 'lost in post' after 20 working days (i.e. 4 weeks).

Please contact your local sorting office, during this period, in case your order is being held there. After this period please contact us and we will offer you 2 options.
1. A replacement item.
2. A full refund.
We will then claim losses back from Royal Mail or Deutsche Post, ensuring our customers have a worry free experience.

We cannot deal with your query until the periods quoted, above, have passed
